Craft beer is a growing field.
Between 2012 and 2017, the number of craft breweries in the US jumped from 2,420 to 6,266 – that’s an increase of 159%! This growth continued into 2018 (see chart below), grew another 4% through mid-2019, and is expected to continue to grow in 2020:
